Hollywood Actress Kerry Washington Named By People Magazine As 'Best Dress Star In The World' + List Of Top 10 Style Stars

 "Scandal" star Kerry Washington is the world's best-dressed woman, according to People magazine.

The 36-year-old, who last captured media attention in July after news of her secret marriage to Nigerian American football corner-back for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL) stunned fans, is coming off several fashion magazine covers including landing a coveted spread with Elle. She tops a list that includes stars like Jennifer Lawrence, Solange Knowles and Kate Bosworth.

Why PEOPLE Chose Her: Washington and her character on Scandal, Olivia Pope, have little in common except for this: impeccable style that results in haute hit after hit and nary a miss.
